Include your device model, OS version, and a short description of the issue. Please do not send confidential PDFs unless we specifically request a sanitized sample.
Do you upload my PDFs?
No. Core viewing, editing, scanning, OCR, compression, conversion, and organization run on your device. Codeyard Studio does not operate a cloud PDF processing backend for your documents.
Why can’t I edit some text?
Structural text editing depends on how the PDF was built. When structural edit isn’t possible, use annotation tools (highlight, text notes, drawings, signatures) instead.
Does OCR work offline?
Core scanning and OCR processing happen on-device where supported. Language coverage depends on the platform engines available on your device.
How do backups work?
Create local backups from Settings. You control where those files are stored. We do not host your backups.
Purchases / Premium
Premium unlocks are handled through the App Store or Google Play (and RevenueCat for entitlement status). Billing and refunds follow the store’s policies. Purchase systems never receive your PDF contents.
