Terms of Service – TileBloom

1. Agreement

By downloading or using TileBloom, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play TileBloom on devices you own or control, for personal entertainment purposes only.

3. In-app purchases

Coins and power-ups can be purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Purchases are processed and governed by the platform you use. Prices are shown in the store at the time of purchase.

Purchases are generally final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or platform policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

4. Virtual currency

Coins are virtual in-game currency. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be transferred between players or accounts. Virtual currency may be forfeited if you uninstall TileBloom or if we discontinue the game.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble TileBloom, except where permitted by law.
Use cheats, automation, bots, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage.
Attempt to access any part of the app in an unauthorised manner.
Use TileBloom for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

6. Intellectual property

All game content, artwork, level designs, code, and associated materials are owned by Codeyard Studio and protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of TileBloom without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer

TileBloom is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Codeyard Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of TileBloom, including loss of data or virtual currency.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TileBloom after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of Codeyard Studio's principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.
