Billcraft – Invoice Maker – Invoices & Estimates Offline
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Billcraft mobile application ("App") provided by Codeyard ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Billcraft is a local-first invoicing application that allows you to create invoices, estimates, manage customers, track expenses, and export PDF documents. The App operates entirely on your device without requiring cloud connectivity.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice.
All data you create in Billcraft is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for:
We do not access, store, or recover your data. If you lose your device or delete the App without a backup, your data cannot be recovered by us.
Billcraft may offer optional premium features through in-app subscriptions or purchases processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All payments are handled by the respective platform — we do not process payment information directly.
Subscription terms, pricing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the platform's terms. Refund requests should be directed to Apple or Google according to their policies.

The App, including its design, code, templates, and branding, is owned by Codeyard and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content and data you create within the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business invoicing purposes.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
Billcraft is a tool to help you create and manage invoices. It is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for ensuring your invoices comply with applicable laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codeyard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscriptions in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate or restrict your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends, but your locally stored data remains on your device until you delete it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
