Plans are stored on-device. Reinstalling without a backup/export can remove local data. Premium export features can help you keep a copy.
I bought Lifetime Premium but features are locked.
Open More → Premium (or the paywall) and tap Restore Purchases while signed into the same App Store / Play account.
